Start with clean, dry skin for the backless push-up bra without any moisturizers, soap, powders and perfumes.
Do not use any moisturizers, perfumes, powders or other skin care products prior to use, as this will reduce the effect of adhesive.
Remove protective film from lift allure bra and safely store for next time reuse.
Stick on Strapless Push Up Bra where your normal bra would sit. Use swoop and scoop method to place breasts comfortably into contour cups and re-stick wings for best fit.

How to Remove the strapless sticky bra:

Loosen the toggle and then hold from the outer edge of each cup and peel off in a downwards movement until the sticky bra has completely been taken off.
If you feel sticky, you can clean your skin with a tissue or wet wipe.
