Maryland Handgun Qualification Course
Handgun Qualification License (HQL). This 4hr class is for residents of Maryland who wish to apply for the Handgun Qualification License (HQL) in order to purchase a handgun. Fingerprints are separate.
Maryland Permit to Carry Course
This is a 16hr/2 day course. It is not impossible to obtain a wear and carry CCW Handgun Permit in MD. Armed Security Guards, Business Owners, Personal Protection, Medical workers, Drivers, money carriers and more can easily obtain a License. Take this course to apply for your License properly. Range fees and fingerprints are separate.
