Lehigh Valley Subgroup - Marketing Strategy and Brand Culture The Role of Brand Culture in Penetrating New Markets Come join the Lehigh Valley sub-group of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Marketing Association on Thursday, January 19 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Starters Riverport for an insightful look into the world of food marketing during our featured presentation entitled "Leveraging A Brand's Culture To Penetrate New Markets.� Guest presenters Peter Steve and Donna Hansbury from Ideaworks Food Marketing will provide an interactive case study on how they used the unique culture of a rapidly growing quick service restaurant chain, Raising Canes Chicken Fingers, to gain traction in targeted non-traditional markets. The presentation will highlight the process the Ideaworks team used to address this growth challenge, while also developing a strategy that remained true to the history and operating philosophy of the company.
