Mix and mingle with other wine enthusiasts! Meet at Pinot Boutique and enjoy 2 floors of premium local wines. Come taste the popular new wine at Pinot called "Twine" — a unique combination of white wine and tea. The result is a North Carolina-style concoction — a mildly sweet tea flavor mixed with a fruity moscato/peach twang and a tart finishing acidity. It tastes slightly more of the white wine than tea, although the brew is certainly detectable among the ferment. Twine is a pleasurable drink, to be enjoyed served hot or cold. On this night we will be serving it hot, so be prepared to be warmed from the inside out!
