Avalon Shore House Happy Hour Meet & Greet.  Ever wonder why there's not much happening around town on summer weekends? That's because everyone's in Avalon. Want to join the fun?  Then consider joining an Avalon shore house sponsored by Tom Stolle.  Five houses to choose from on 24th, 27th, 28th, 79th, and 80th Streets.  The following age groups are available (each house is different): mid-20s to early 30s, 30s, 30s and 40s, 40s and 50s.

Have you ever experienced a summer shore house?  Basically, singles and couples come together to share a house.  It's an opportunity to meet other like-minded professionals who are looking to make new friends and have a good time.  This won't be a flop or frat house situation.  You do not have to commit to the entire summer of weeks or weekends.

The cost is $1,650 for a half share (every other week), but depending on the house you pick, your season will be either 9 or 10 weeks.  The full season cost is $3,000 for double the weeks.  This setup couldn’t work without some structure, so there will be reasonable rules.  And since everything’s in writing, there won't be any surprises once summer gets started.

You may be a little apprehensive about joining a group when you don't know anyone, but don't be.  Most of the people joining every summer come on board by themselves.  But to help allay your fears, everyone will have a chance to meet each other and see the house in person before making a decision.

So why not stop by the Public House on Friday, May 7th for a happy hour from 6-9pm and meet your potential roommates.  Get your second drink is free (juts buy 1 and they will give you your next one free!).  Plus, we will have drink specials.  Since you don't have to make a commitment, you have nothing to lose.  If you're interested in one of the houses - contact Tom Stolle at [email protected] or 215-272-1379.
